We create better places where people and planet prosper.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic West Midlands region.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will be based between Warwick and Nuneaton.&nbsp; The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers.&nbsp; Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion<\/li>\n<li>Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey<\/li>\n<li>Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for the development&rsquo;s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SALES ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of high-performance in a Sales role<\/li>\n<li>A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse\/report on issues that could affect the development<\/li>\n<li>Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive basic
