Security Sales)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Field Based (UK)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Type:<\/strong> Full-Time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> \u00a332,000 \u2013 \u00a334,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager with proven B2B sales experience in telecoms, VoIP, CCTV, or access control solutions?<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology solutions provider delivering enterprise-grade telecommunications, IP security, and networking infrastructure to commercial clients and luxury residential developments.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a high-performing Field Sales Specialist to spearhead commercial growth and drive new client acquisition across their full technology suite.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Business Acquisition: Proactively prospect, generate, and qualify high-value B2B lead opportunities within the commercial and premium residential sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Consultative Solution Selling: Lead client meetings, identify business connectivity and security requirements, and position tailored VoIP, CCTV, and access control technology solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposal &amp; Pitch Delivery: Prepare commercial proposals, cost benefit analyses, and formal sales presentations for key business decision-makers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pipeline &amp; CRM Management: Maintain a high-volume, structured sales pipeline within CRM software, tracking prospects accurately through to close.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract Negotiation: Commercial negotiation of service level agreements and contracts to secure long-term client retention and revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly alongside dedicated technical survey engineers and field service teams to ensure seamless solution handover post-sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Requirements &amp;
