Join UK Power Networks as a Connection Agreements Coordinator and help ensure customer agreements and records are managed efficiently, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Working within Finance and reporting to the Billing and Agreements Manager, you will join a small team responsible for preparing and administering customer connection agreements and agreed variations. As a key contact for customers and their representatives, you will provide clear information, resolve enquiries and maintain complete, up-to-date records.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and administer connection agreements and agreed changes.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer enquiries by email and telephone, explaining available options clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Update standing data and connection records accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the issue, return and filing of agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal colleagues and external customers to obtain information and resolve queries.<\/li>\n<li>Handle sensitive information in line with UK GDPR, confidentiality and regulatory requirements.You will be a strong communicator who can organise a varied workload, manage high volumes of enquiries and maintain accurate records. You will also bring:<\/li>\n<li>Five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A*-C, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications or relevant practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and an understanding of data protection and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience in customer data management, contract administration, the energy sector or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
