With a unique and market-leading product suite already trusted by major industry players, they are entering a significant growth phase.<\/p>\n<p>Backed by a clear and ambitious roadmap, the business is set to double in size over the next 3 years as it accelerates product adoption across the UK and global markets. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Customer Service\u00a0Advisor to support their fast-growing customer base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the first point of contact for customer support requests<\/li>\n<li>Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their questions,\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0problems, concerns and requests about products and services<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard processes, procedures and adhere to customer SLAs<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team<\/li>\n<li>Build a rapport and strong relationship with customers by offering support and advice<\/li>\n<li>Accurately log and update customer records<\/li>\n<li>Assist in setting up and maintaining customers\u2019 accounts<\/li>\n<li>Deliver online training sessions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting end users in a customer service environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with SaaS applications\/training services<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using ticket management or CRM software<\/li>\n<li>Logical approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think on your feet in a highly demanding and fast-moving environment<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and presentation; polite, calm and customer-focused<\/li>\n<li>Strong multi-tasking ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to always providing excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of situations with a positive and can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing\u00a0organisation at an exciting time.
