The Role<\/p>\n
This is a high-activity, telephone-based B2B lead generation position.<\/p>\n
You will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Make outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers daily<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identify companies that could benefit from ClearRep AI<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Speak confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identify reputation problems and understand their commercial impact<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Qualify prospects and understand their requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Generate genuine interest in our services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Book qualified appointments and opportunities for our sales team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Follow up prospects consistently by telephone and email<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Accurately record leads, conversations and follow-ups<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You are not expected to close every deal yourself.<\/p>\n
Your primary responsibility is opening doors, creating quality opportunities and keeping our sales team supplied with qualified prospects.<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
Previous B2B sales, telesales or lead generation experience is essential.<\/p>\n
You should have experience speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, a confident and professional telephone manner and the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.<\/p>\n
You’ll need strong prospecting and lead-generation ability, the confidence to engage senior decision-makers quickly and excellent communication and questioning skills.<\/p>\n
You’ll also need persistence and discipline when following up opportunities, the ability to work towards clear KPIs and targets, a strong work ethic, resilience when dealing with rejection and a competitive personality.<\/p>\n
Above all, you should have a genuine desire to earn commission and progress.<\/p>\n
