Experienced Support Workers Required<\/p>\n
Rotherwood Cares are currently recruiting for Experienced Support Workers<\/strong> to support young people within Supported Living services across the Liverpool area.<\/p>\n This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who may have experienced trauma, family breakdown, homelessness, exploitation, mental health challenges, or difficulties transitioning into adulthood.<\/p>\n We are looking for compassionate, resilient and motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to achieve positive outcomes.<\/p>\n The Role<\/p>\n As a Support Worker, you will work closely with young people aged 16+ living within supported accommodation, providing practical and emotional support tailored to their individual needs.<\/p>\n You will encourage independence while ensuring that young people remain safe, supported and engaged with education, training, employment and other positive opportunities.<\/p>\n This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will build positive relationships, act as a role model and support young people to work towards their individual goals and aspirations.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n About You<\/p>\n To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience supporting vulnerable young people or adults within a care, support or housing environment.<\/p>\n You will be confident working independently, have strong communication skills and be passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n Essential Requirements<\/p>\n Desirable Experience<\/p>\n\n
