This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of customer engagement, ensuring every inbound and outbound contact is handled with the utmost professionalism and care.<\/p>\n
Job Purpose<\/p>\n
The primary purpose of this role is to manage large volumes of customer inquiries and outbound campaigns via telephone. This position requires high levels of resilience; the core of the role involves continuous, high-volume calling which can become repetitive and demanding. We are seeking an individual who can maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and quality of service throughout long periods of phone-based work.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Handle a high volume of consecutive inbound and outbound telephone calls daily.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Maintain consistency, patience, and a positive attitude during repetitive or tedious calling periods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and accurately log all call outcomes on the internal CRM system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to call volume, talk time, and quality standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments when necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties during lower-volume calling windows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Resilient & Persistent: Proven experience handling high-volume calling environments (e.g., call centers, customer service, or telemarketing) with the willingness and stamina to sustain heavy phone work over a 6 month contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Detail-Oriented: Ability to active-listen to customers while accurately inputting data into computer systems simultaneously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Adaptable: A positive mindset toward routine tasks, with the self-motivation to keep engagement levels high throughout the day.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
