{"id":64602,"date":"2026-10-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/patient-growth-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-10-07T02:23:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T01:23:08","slug":"patient-growth-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/patient-growth-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Patient Growth Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Patient Growth Coordinator<\/p>\n<p>Target Dental Group x The People Advisory<br \/>\nLocation: Otley HQ, West Yorkshire<br \/>\nHours: 41.5 hours per week across 4.5 days, with a half day off midweek on a chosen day<br \/>\nType: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p>The Opportunity<\/p>\n<p>The People Advisory is proud to be working alongside Target Dental Group as they continue to grow their central patient team.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a confident, commercially minded Patient Growth Coordinator who will play a key role in turning new patient enquiries into booked appointments across Target Dental Group\u2019s 9 practices.<\/p>\n<p>This is more than a traditional customer service role. You\u2019ll be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression, understanding what each patient needs and confidently guiding them towards the right practice, clinician and appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Patient first, commercially focused and results driven.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>Working as part of the central Patient Growth team and reporting into the Growth Lead, you\u2019ll manage new patient enquiries across telephone, email and digital channels.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to new patient enquiries quickly, professionally and confidently<\/li>\n<li>Speaking to patients over the phone to understand their needs and recommend the right next step<\/li>\n<li>Converting enquiries into booked appointments<\/li>\n<li>Managing inbound and outbound patient communication<\/li>\n<li>Proactively following up patients who have enquired but haven\u2019t yet booked<\/li>\n<li>Helping maximise clinician diary utilisation across all 9 practices<\/li>\n<li>Identifying available appointments and helping reduce white space in diaries<\/li>\n<li>Working towards individual and team booking, conversion and activity targets<\/li>\n<li>Using systems including Boxly and cloud-based telephone systems to manage enquiries and patient communication<\/li>\n<li>Keeping accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every stage<\/li>\n<li>Handling patient concerns professionally and escalating complaints where appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the wider team and individual practices to ensure patients receive a seamless journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t necessarily need previous dental experience.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re interested in people who have worked within sales, customer service, contact centres, hospitality, healthcare or other fast-paced customer-facing environments where delivering results and looking after customers are equally important.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confident and engaging on the phone<\/li>\n<li>Naturally customer and patient focused<\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded and motivated by results<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets<\/li>\n<li>Organised and confident managing multiple enquiries and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using CRM, booking and cloud-based communication systems<\/li>\n<li>Proactive rather than waiting for the phone to ring<\/li>\n<li>A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills<\/li>\n<li>Resilient, positive and comfortable working within a busy environment<\/li>\n<li>Someone who takes ownership and follows an enquiry through to an outcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Success Looks Like<\/p>\n<p>Patients feel looked after from their very first interaction.<\/p>\n<p>Enquiries don\u2019t get lost. Follow-ups happen. Appointments are booked. Diaries are utilised effectively. And patients are matched with the right care across the Target Dental Group.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be joining an ambitious team where you\u2019ll have clear targets, support and coaching from the
