If so, this could be the perfect role for you.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a part time <strong>Outreach\u00a0Support Worker<\/strong> to join us on a fixed term contract, to support vulnerable individuals across the <strong>Epping and Harlow<\/strong> area of Essex. You\u2019ll be helping people overcome challenges related to mental health, physical health, and employment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What your day might look like<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start by visiting customers in their homes, helping them maintain their tenancies and build essential life skills.<\/li>\n<li>Support individuals with navigating welfare benefits, accessing services, and building confidence.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external agencies to ensure customers get the right\u00a0support at the right time.<\/li>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention when needed, always with\u00a0empathy and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What makes this role special<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note, this isn\u2019t a personal care worker role. This is a role where it\u2019s about <strong>empowering<\/strong> people, not doing things for them. You\u2019ll help customers build resilience, develop skills, and take control of their lives. You\u2019ll be their cheerleader, guide and advocate.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be part of a passionate team that\u2019s\u00a0committed to helping people flourish, and you\u2019ll have the freedom to work\u00a0independently while making a real impact. A role where your\u00a0support creates independence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Could it be you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has experience (professional or voluntary) in a\u00a0supportive role<\/li>\n<li>Has worked with individuals facing mental health, health-related, or employment challenges<\/li>\n<li>Understands housing\u00a0support needs and welfare benefits<\/li>\n<li>Can provide pre-tenancy advice and ongoing tenancy\u00a0support<\/li>\n<li>Communicates clearly and solves problems with confidence<\/li>\n<li>Holds a <strong>valid UK driving licence<\/strong> and has access to a vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Is happy to undergo an <strong>Enhanced DBS check<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll get in
