This is a maternity cover contract position until 12th February 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Umbrella Pay Rate: &pound;28.43 per hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance Consultant will work with an existing team of 4 members, reporting into the Process Delivery Manager.<\/li>\n<li>The purpose of this role is to embed compliance under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for delivering the end-to-end process of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), Pre-Action Protocols (PAPs) requests and other Information requests from third parties (e.g. solicitors, Jobcentre Plus, Department for Work and Pensions) and employees. This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working in a similar role or a sensitive business area.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Data Subject Access rights namely the &ldquo;Right to Access&rdquo;.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work, fully invested in achieving a successful result.<\/li>\n<li>You view things as a team rather than individual project level, considering the wider team needs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal\/communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Good influencing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to organise and ensure prioritisation of personal workload to meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent at critical thinking and confident in ability to make swift risk-based decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and highly competent in use of excel to enable and support analysis of employee master data and team activity reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under time constraints, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.<\/li>\n<li>You must be agile, work with integrity and have the ability to make a positive impact with your colleagues and the wider organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Skills Requested:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred \/ Relevant apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>HR shared service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with People Data Systems i.e. SuccessFactors Plus.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using a range of tools within Adobe Acrobat.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate project management and problem-solving skills, namely technological challenges that may arise and could impact ability to meet statutory deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred \/ Relevant apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":64457,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Coventry","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225682530\/Compliance-Consultant?s=103904","_company_name":"Futura Design","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/259728\/Futura-Design","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","bs_cache_bypass_cache":0},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[682],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Compliance Consultant | DESIblitz Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/compliance-consultant\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_GB\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Compliance Consultant | DESIblitz Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is searching for Compliance Consultant to join their team, Inside IR35.
