You will make sure customer orders are bought in, checked, packed and dispatched correctly and on time.<\/p>\n<p>Over time you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational work currently handled by the Director, so that problems are picked up and solved without needing to be escalated.<\/p>\n<p>For the successful candidate there will be growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchasing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise purchase orders from the sales orders and check them for accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Send purchase orders to our manufacturers with the required due dates.<\/li>\n<li>Check order confirmations against the dates and prices. Chase corrections where needed and update the system.<\/li>\n<li>Keep prices on purchase orders accurate and up to date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales orders and dispatch<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with customers on product specifications and order details, working with the Directors where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust and finalise sales orders so they are correct and ready to invoice before dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle goods in and goods out.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out quality checks, pack orders for dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help with pre-wiring of equipment. Training will be given.<\/li>\n<li>Cover warehouse and technical tasks during colleagues&#039; holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow our established processes accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Look for better ways of working and suggest improvements. Good ideas will become part of how we work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you<\/p>\n<p>Essential<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years&#039; experience in a similar role, such as purchasing, order processing, operations or warehouse coordination.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of solving problems and getting things right first time.<\/li>\n<li>Experience improving or correcting working procedures.<\/li>\n<li>A practical, hands-on approach, and happy to move between desk work and the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgement and the confidence to make sensible decisions without constant supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, especially with dates, prices and order information.<\/li>\n<li>Confident using computers, order or stock systems, and email.<\/li>\n<li>Open to trying new ways of working, and able to challenge existing methods constructively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Unleashed or a similar ERP system.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical or engineering sector.<\/li>\n<li>Forklift licence, or willing to train.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&pound;15.25 per hour for 24 hours per week.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hours pattern: three full days, or shorter days across the week.<\/li>\n<li>Scope for some hybrid working once you are established.<\/li>\n<li>Training in our products, systems and processes, including pre-wiring.<\/li>\n<li>A varied role in a small team where your ideas shape how the business runs.<\/li>\n<li>Workplace pension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":64451,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Flint, County of Flintshire","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225682550\/Operations-Fulfilment-Coordinator-Part-Time?s=103904","_company_name":"Marstep Resourcing Solutions","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/256173\/Marstep-Resourcing-Solutions","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","bs_cache_bypass_cache":0},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[3,685],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Operations &amp;
