You&#8217;ll be joining an established recruitment business that wants someone to take ownership of this portfolio and make it their own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><br \/> As an <strong>Industrial Recruitment Account Manager<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll be taking over established business rather than starting with an empty desk.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Existing portfolio of around five or six accounts<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 30-40 workers within each account<\/li>\n<li>Uncapped performance-related bonus<\/li>\n<li>Weekly or monthly pay<\/li>\n<li>Up to 34 days&#8217; holiday per year<\/li>\n<li>Extra paid day off each year to celebrate your work anniversary<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare scheme<\/li>\n<li>Your own personal mentor<\/li>\n<li>In-house training team providing ongoing training throughout your career<\/li>\n<li>Continuous personal development through training, mentoring and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build a team of three or four as the function develops<\/li>\n<li>Regular company events<\/li>\n<li>Free on-site parking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/> As an <strong>Industrial Recruitment Account Manager<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take responsibility for a portfolio of around five or six existing accounts<\/li>\n<li>Manage approximately 30-40 workers within each account<\/li>\n<li>Work across a mixture of Industrial, Driving, Engineering and Healthcare accounts<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts across different geographical locations using established digital processes<\/li>\n<li>Make sure each account is run efficiently and compliantly<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with existing clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop the accounts and identify opportunities for commercially viable growth<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment and account-management activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>About You<\/strong><br \/> To succeed as an <strong>Industrial Recruitment Account Manager<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll probably be someone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has strong recruitment agency experience<\/li>\n<li>Has previously managed sizeable client accounts<\/li>\n<li>Is comfortable looking after multiple accounts and a substantial temporary workforce<\/li>\n<li>Understands high-volume recruitment, ideally within Industrial, Driving or similar sectors<\/li>\n<li>Is commercially aware and confident developing existing business<\/li>\n<li>Can build strong relationships without needing to be permanently based on a client site<\/li>\n<li>Is organised and understands the importance of compliance<\/li>\n<li>Has plenty of energy and personality and enjoys dealing with people<\/li>\n<li>Wants ownership of something they can develop rather than simply inheriting a desk and maintaining the status quo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><br \/> If you enjoy the account-management side of recruitment but still want the commercial challenge of growing business, this gives you both.<br \/> The accounts are already there, so you&#8217;re not starting from scratch.
