Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance and extra works\/emergencies in line with the contract needs on Fire Systems across a single site.<\/p>\n

Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To carry out PPM in line with set schedules, ensuring technical standards are maintained in order to get the best performance and reliability from the Fire & Security Systems.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Follow set technical standards in line with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) needs.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are followed in all respects and to keep accurate records and paperwork related to the Fire Systems.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To respond quickly and well to all relevant reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To coordinate first actions related to all requests from the client.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To coordinate visiting specialist subcontractors related to Fire Systems aspects of the PPM schedules.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To respond to call outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies related to the contract as required.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fault finding related to the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assist other trades as needed.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage workload and prioritise jobs properly.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To provide reports about work and equipment as required.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To carry out other duties as requested by the Client.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To actively work towards the growth of the contract into other services such as System Upgrades, Like for Like replacements and Project works.<\/p>\n
