Does your experience include both software and hardware testing? Want to work for a growing medical device development company? If yes then this is the role for you.<\/p>\n<p>Your role as a Test Quality Assurance Engineer based in Walsall will involve designing, implementing, and performing product quality test procedures for both software and hardware on the companies medical device products.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for understanding the product requirements and its features, designing test procedures and data to test the medical device product.&nbsp; You will be the last line of defense before the products are released to the market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Duties and responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attending meetings with the design team to understand the product details (for example: intended use, requirements, software design, and hardware design).<\/li>\n<li>Developing test strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Writing test plans and creating test cases for the products both software and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Analysing opportunities and implementing automated testing.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting product quality issues and working with the team in resolving the issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all tests and procedures meet the company&rsquo;s Quality Management System and Regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing test reports for regulatory submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full time permanent job opportunity based in Walsall paying an excellent salary of &pound;30,000 &#8211; &pound;35,000 per annum and great benefits such as 23 days holidays plus bank holidays on top,&nbsp; Insights Bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, Life insurance and much more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for the role of Test Engineer you will have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in testing software and hardware products.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Medical Products Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for this one off opportunity, please send a word copy of your CV to me now by clicking on the Apply button or call me for a confidential chat.&nbsp; Please ensure you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy which can be found on the Quality Start webiste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you or a colleague then please don&rsquo;t hesitate to contact us.
