The role:<\/strong><\/p>\n We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise-scale BMC Helix IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the BMC Helix platform, including workflow automation, integrations, cloud deployments, and ITSM best practices. They will work closely with technical teams, service management professionals, and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable service management solutions.<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/p>\n Design, develop, configure, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM solutions.<\/p>\n Administer and enhance core ITSM modules including:<\/p>\n Skills & Experience:<\/p>\n Strong experience administering and developing within BMC Helix ITSM.<\/p>\n Extensive knowledge of:<\/strong><\/p>\n BMC Helix Integration Service (iPaaS).<\/p>\n Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.<\/p>\n Desirable skills:<\/p>\n BMC Certified Professional certifications.<\/p>\n ITIL Managing Professional or higher.<\/p>\n Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.<\/p>\n Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<\/p>\n Security Clearance (SC).<\/p>\n About Peregrine<\/strong><\/p>\n We build workforces that deliver tech and change programmes at leading UK organisations.
