* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing
* Supporting students with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment<\/p>\n
* Aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or therapists
* Graduates or career changers interested in SEN and inclusive education
* Individuals who are patient, compassionate, resilient, and motivated to support young people<\/p>\n
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN
* A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence in supporting personal care
* Previous experience in education or care settings<\/p>\n
