The company designs and manufactures high-quality, technically complex electro-mechanical products, taking projects from initial concept and development through to production.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer looking to develop their career within a hands-on engineering environment. You&#8217;ll work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle while developing your ability to take ownership of mechanical design projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop designs from initial concept through to prototype, manufacture and production<\/li>\n<li>Produce 3D CAD models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings<\/li>\n<li>Build and assemble prototypes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare manufacturing documentation, assembly instructions and technical drawings<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues<\/li>\n<li>Investigate new materials, manufacturing processes and finishing techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>3D CAD design skills \u2013 Solidworks<\/li>\n<li>Understand mechanical manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances and finishing techniques<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with prototyping or workshop-based activities<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing consumer, scientific or electro-mechanical products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a Mechanical Design Engineer
