{"id":63573,"date":"2026-09-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-07T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/sales-account-manager-marketing-solutions\/"},"modified":"2026-09-08T23:19:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T22:19:20","slug":"sales-account-manager-marketing-solutions","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/sales-account-manager-marketing-solutions\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Account Manager (Marketing Solutions)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Client<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A market leading, cutting edge\u00a0marketing company and the winner of a number of prestigious business awards.<\/li>\n<li>They provide their blue chip and SME clients with\u00a0promotional and retail space in high footfall venues,<\/li>\n<li>Venues include shopping centres, garden centres, city centres, train stations, retail parks, festivals and airports\u00a0throughout the UK and abroad.<\/li>\n<li>These are controlled environments where their brand product or service is placed directly in front of their potential customer audience.<\/li>\n<li>No.1 in their market their clients include Mercedes, BMW, Lego, Virgin, Sky, Schweppes and BT to name but a few.<\/li>\n<li>This innovative organisation have experienced continued growth through organic expansion and acquisition due to their unique product offering and increasing product portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They currently require\u00a0a Sales Account Manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To sell their range of marketing\/ promotional, retail &amp; media space<\/li>\n<li>Customers will be a mix of global brands, retailers, experiential marketing agencies, PR firms, local businesses and independent promoters.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with a mix of new (50%) and existing customers (50%).<\/li>\n<li>Role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to generate business.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain an understanding of client requirements at both a strategic and a tactical level to be able to offer the best business solutions.<\/li>\n<li>You will have access to an existing database from which you will contact key decision makers to present their attractive media and retail solutions.<\/li>\n<li>This will involve working a relaxed, fast paced environment to deadlines and revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>You will have the support and back up of strong case studies, metrics and marketing information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally require a minimum of 6 months successful track record selling any form of media \/ advertising space (ie. newspaper, magazines, radio, directory, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively you will have sales experience from any sector with a genuine interest in marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will have<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A solid understanding of the sales process.<\/li>\n<li>An interest in the marketing sector<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, articulate, proactive and quick thinking with the ability to develop relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Desire to pursue a career in the exciting world of marketing and media sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0The Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In return you will be given<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The opportunity to join a growing, friendly and innovative successful team.<\/li>\n<li>Genuine career development and progression opportunities exist.<\/li>\n<li>Full training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic salary\u00a0to \u00a332K + uncapped bonus (On Target Bonus \u00a312K) + benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Office based Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday<\/p>\n<p>Home based Wednesday<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLY NOW AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About Choice Consultants\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choice Consultants are a specialist Media Sales Recruitment Consultancy established in 1999.
