The position offers a <strong>four-day working week, giving you every Friday off.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working within the lead production and manufacturing process<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with melting raw lead using industrial furnace equipment<\/li>\n<li>Feeding heated lead into strip casting machinery<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the production process as lead is formed into strips<\/li>\n<li>Handling and moving materials throughout the production area<\/li>\n<li>Regular manual handling and lifting of materials weighing approximately <strong>15\u201330kg<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Following all site health &amp; safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the wider production team to meet daily targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a <strong>physical manufacturing environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience within <strong>production, manufacturing, factory, warehouse or industrial environments<\/strong> would be beneficial.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable with regular manual handling and working around industrial machinery and high-temperature processes.<\/p>\n<p>If
