This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to work on a diverse range of projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role of Structural Technician:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Preparation of structural drawings and technical detailing for a variety of building projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Production and coordination of CAD\/Revit models and drawings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working closely with engineers and project teams from concept through to construction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assisting with the delivery of projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and public sector developments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Structural Technician candidate will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working as a Structural Technician within a consultancy environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience desirable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good understanding of structural detailing and construction methods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication and organisational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Immediate start available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Flexible salary and benefits package tailored to experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hybrid and flexible working options.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Opportunity to work on a varied and interesting project portfolio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Supportive team culture with opportunities for professional development and progression.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications are welcomed from candidates at a range of experience levels.
