All of our students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and many have experienced significantly disrupted educational journeys.<\/p>\n This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you can build positive relationships with students and help them achieve their personal, social and academic potential.<\/p>\n About the role<\/p>\n As a member of our team, you will play an important role in supporting students both academically and behaviourally. You will help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment<\/strong>, working alongside colleagues to ensure every young person has the opportunity to succeed.<\/p>\n Our approach is underpinned by the principles of Attachment Theory<\/strong>, and we believe strongly in getting to know each student as an individual.
