Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential?<\/strong><\/p>\n Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day brings purpose, challenge and the opportunity to make a genuine difference?<\/p>\n We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants<\/strong> to join a welcoming and supportive team within an independent special needs day school.<\/p>\n Our students are aged KS3, KS4 and KS5<\/strong> and have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs<\/strong>. Many have experienced significantly disrupted educational journeys and need adults who will believe in them, champion their strengths and help them succeed.<\/p>\n As a Teaching Assistant, you will be much more than a classroom support. You will be a mentor, motivator, role model and trusted adult<\/strong>, helping young people develop confidence, independence, resilience and the skills they need for their future.<\/p>\n Every Day Is Different<\/p>\n No two days are the same.<\/p>\n You could be supporting a student with their learning, helping someone regulate their emotions, encouraging independence, building confidence or celebrating a breakthrough that seemed impossible just weeks before.<\/p>\n You’ll have the opportunity to see first-hand the difference that patience, consistency and positive relationships<\/strong> can make.<\/p>\n Our approach is built around strong relationships and the principles of Attachment Theory<\/strong>.
