This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic change, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing service performance across finance processes.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business change programmes, particularly within Finance Shared Services, or Finance Transformation environments.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working on people, process, and organisational change aspects of finance transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience as a Business Change Manager<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of finance processes, including &#8211; Payment Processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or management reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation background.<\/li>\n<li>Change Management certification.<\/li>\n<li>Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP) advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":63434,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"West Midlands","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225574066\/Business-Change-Manager-Finance-Processes?s=103904","_company_name":"Experis","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/382362\/Experis","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[682],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Business Change Manager - Finance Processes | DESIblitz Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/business-change-manager-finance-processes\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_GB\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Business Change Manager - Finance Processes | DESIblitz Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to work on a transformation initiatives across a Finance Shared Services function.
