Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their production team.<\/p>\n<p>Working either independently or as part of a small, experienced team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of structural steel components and assemblies, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MIG welding of mild steel components and assemblies.<\/li>\n<li>Fabricating from engineering drawings and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Producing high-quality welds and finished fabrications.<\/li>\n<li>Reading and interpreting technical and CAD drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Working to production schedules and agreed deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out routine maintenance and care of welding equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous welding and fabrication experience.<\/li>\n<li>Confident MIG welding on materials 5mm and above.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience reading CAD drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Experience manufacturing structural, mechanical or vehicle-related equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quality, health and safety procedures within a fabrication environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overtime opportunities available.<\/li>\n<li>Employee reward and recognition schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Regular team events.<\/li>\n<li>Free onsite parking.<\/li>\n<li>Electric vehicle charging facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Full PPE provided.<\/li>\n<li>Modern workshop environment.<\/li>\n<li>Long-term career development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ideal Backgrounds<\/p>\n<p>This role could suit candidates with experience in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structural steel fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle body building<\/li>\n<li>Trailer manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural machinery<\/li>\n<li>Plant equipment<\/li>\n<li>Heavy engineering<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing and production<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical assembly and fabrication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
