To be applicable for this role you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician.<\/p>\n<p> You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!<br \/> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Salisbury<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Pay \/ salary:<\/strong> \u00a334,000 &#8211; \u00a336,000<\/p>\n<p> <strong>OTE:<\/strong> Uncapped and realistic \u00a33,600<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Shift and schedule:<\/strong> 08:30 \u2013 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 \u2013 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.<br \/> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>32 days holiday including Bank Holidays<\/li>\n<li>Uncapped Bonus scheme OTE \u00a33,600<\/li>\n<li>We will put you though your Level 3 qualifications; both IMI &amp; Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Extensive on-going training programme<\/li>\n<li>Career development: training and company growth to boost career progression<\/li>\n<li>Staff discounts on servicing, tyres, and MOTs<\/li>\n<li>Life Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Pension scheme<\/li>\n<li>Employee Assistant Program<\/li>\n<li>Long service recognition, enhanced maternity and paternity leave<\/li>\n<li>Retail vouchers, eye care vouchers, buy\/sell holidays, flu jab, cycle to work scheme, Company events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>MOT Technician Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing MOTs on customer vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Light and full-service work<\/li>\n<li>Fast fit duties as and (when required)<\/li>\n<li>Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets<\/li>\n<li>Working with other centre departments (Service, Parts, etc) and ensuring that they are well informed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct DVSA process is followed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>To be a MOT Technician you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid UK driving licence \u2013 Essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)<\/li>\n<li>Experience as an MOT Tester<\/li>\n<li>A valid MOT licence \u2013 Essential<\/li>\n<li>Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further<\/li>\n<li>Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars<br \/> \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our client:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> They have over 180 centres within the UK and are actively growing, they are known for their strong national presence, modern service centres and commitment to customer care.
