We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic <strong>Teaching Assistant<\/strong> to work within KS3\/4 SEN school in Devizes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide personalised support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with classroom activities, individualized learning plans, and behaviour management.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student&#8217;s growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least 30 days experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong> No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compassion:<\/strong> A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enthusiasm:<\/strong> Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Choose Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work alongside our specialised consultant, Esme, who will provide ongoing support and guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Referral Scheme: Know someone seeking an education role?
