With structured product training and progression into Business Development or credit available in future, there is a clear path to develop your career.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Package &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a335,000\u2013\u00a338,000 per annum basic salary.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly performance bonus with OTE linked to performance.<\/li>\n<li>Full training on specialist property finance products and lending criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Clear progression into Business Development or Relationship Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the Company<\/strong><br \/> You\u2019ll join a growing specialist property finance lender with an established reputation in the property market. The business operates a collaborative sales environment, with Internal Sales working closely alongside Business Development, underwriting and operations.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new business through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach and marketing leads.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with brokers, property developers, investors, introducers and other property professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify enquiries, identify suitable funding opportunities and introduce qualified prospects to the Business Development team.<\/li>\n<li>Manage your sales pipeline and work towards agreed lead generation, appointment and revenue targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally, you will have previous internal sales experience within specialist property lending such as Bridging, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Specialist Buy to Let. However, we are also open to ambitious individuals who are eager to develop a career in this sector and have a background in mortgage advisory, as a broker, case management or a similar role within financial services \/ lending.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking to develop your career within specialist property finance, we\u2019d be happy to discuss the role even if your CV isn\u2019t fully up to date.
