well rounded members of the community.\u00a0 Their staff are always on hand to provide emotional support as well as helping to teach and develop the children for the future.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>, they are recruiting for a Children\u2019s Home Residential Support Worker, you will be:-<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based in a children\u2019s residential home in Whiston (L35 area)<\/li>\n<li>Working 2 full days\u00a0 and nights and then having 4 days and nights off\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Working in a solo home with an 11 year old boy<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the child with making them breakfast, helping getting them dressed and to school, putting on washing, pick up\u2019s from school, cooking dinner, getting them bathed and to bed<\/li>\n<li>Making sure they are supported emotionally and aiding their learning and development to give them a stable and loving environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Benefits and salary of a Children\u2019s Home Support Worker<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a315.02 if you have your Level 3, \u00a313.49 if you don\u2019t have it have the experience or the level 3 yet<\/li>\n<li>\u00a360 per sleep in<\/li>\n<li>224 hours holiday per year \u2013 you get an extra 2 days when you have been there 2 years<\/li>\n<li>Bank holidays paid at x1.5<\/li>\n<li>Private health care<\/li>\n<li>A great support network with further training and development<\/li>\n<li>Claim petrol back for 40p per mile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications\/Experience\/Requirements to be a Children\u2019s Home Support Worker:-<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Living within travelling distance to Whiston<\/li>\n<li>Ideally the candidate would be male but they would also look at female applicants<\/li>\n<li>You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People&#8217;s Workforce would be very beneficial but would consider someone who is working towards their Level 3
