You will:<\/p>\n
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learning
Support pupils with reading, writing, and classwork
Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support development
Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised support
Assist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive way
Observe pupils and contribute to learning records
Develop your curriculum knowledge as the school grows
Help shape classroom routines and contribute to our evolving school culture<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n

Essential:<\/p>\n
Experience as a Teaching Assistant
Experience working with children with special educational needs<\/p>\n
Desirable:<\/p>\n
A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree
A genuine passion for inclusive education<\/p>\n
