Administer,\u00a0maintain up to date records of resources and accurate financial records, manage online registers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa To provide leadership and management for the setting.<br \/>\n\u25aa To be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care of all children and ensure that learning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25aa Be responsible for the programme of activities ensuring they are interesting, valuable and\u00a0<br \/>\nappropriate to the children using the facilities by providing a variety of play and learning\u00a0<br \/>\nopportunities and identifying and accommodating changing needs.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Be responsible for the safety and well-being of setting users through checking equipment,\u00a0<br \/>\nundertaking first line child protection measures and organising activities appropriate to the users at\u00a0any given time.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Ensuring parents, carers and other visitors are made to feel welcome when visiting the setting and\u00a0they receive appropriate information and advice.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Maximising the learning value of the activities by planning and evaluating activities.<br \/>\n\u25aa Be responsible for the compliance of required documentation, for example registration of children,\u00a0Ofsted requirements and safeguarding.opportunities are met<br \/>\n\u25aa To enable the child to develop in different context: social, emotional, physical and intellectual\u00a0through play<br \/>\n\u25aa To be a role-model, lead and supervise the settings staff<br \/>\n\u25aa To report any concerns or problems to the Regional Manager<br \/>\n\u25aa To lead a strong routine and make sure it is followed, along with Policies and Procedures and\u00a0Working Manuals<br \/>\n\u25aa To lead the planning and resourcing of activities. To ensure the setting has a good variety of\u00a0activities on offer to stimulate the children and when necessary adhere to the EYFS.<br \/>\n\u25aa To attend all courses relevant to enhance your career and benefit the setting. To encourage staff to\u00a0book training through Performance Management.<br \/>\n\u25aa To reflect on daily practice and continuously develop and implement the setting quality\u00a0improvement action plan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe main duties and responsibilities of the post holder are indicated below, other duties of an appropriate\u00a0nature and level will also be required\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Lead and co-ordinate a variety of age appropriate opportunities for the children.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Lead groups of children in learning activities. Manage behaviours and adapt the activity to meet\u00a0the needs of groups or individuals. Prepare for activities where necessary.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Evaluate events and activities and contribute to the development of setting including making\u00a0recommendations for change and development of the activities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Ensure safe use of equipment and facility without endangering themselves or other users.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u25aa Ensure that conditions conform to the appropriate health and safety standards and are suitable for\u00a0the activity planned.
