We trust our employees and give them lots of responsibility, and we reward them for it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our field service engineers drive around in vans and inspect installations, report on faults and fix problems on behalf of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Communication is really important at Flo &ndash; we talk to each other all the time, so even though our field service engineers work on their own, they get the support they need and are part of a team.<\/p>\n<p>We share good practice continuously and keep up with the requirements for servicing new products as they arrive on the market.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;re currently looking for a field service engineer&nbsp;who lives in the&nbsp;Peterborough, Leicester, Rugby or Northampton area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s more important to Flo that you have the right attitude than the experience, but there are a few things we&rsquo;re definitely looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will have a positive, can-do approach to problem solving<\/li>\n<li>You are a practical person, capable of using measuring instruments and basic hand tools (training will be provided)<\/li>\n<li>You love driving and have a good driving record.<\/li>\n<li>You can write clear emails and reports.
