We are open to various levels of previous experience as we are currently recruiting for a range of positions that require proven knowledge at varying levels<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will be working on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Health -Validation of individual Project assessments and identification of issues and risks within the Project assessments for discussion with the project.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Assessment &#8211;\u00a0Steering the validation of Project level schedules as accurate, coherent and in accordance with the Programme planning principles.<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Baseline Management &#8211;\u00a0Leading the generation of the Integrated Baseline schedule in order to successfully deliver the programme in accordance with planning principles.<\/li>\n<li>Costs to Go (and associated EAC)\u00a0&#8211; Validation of Project level costs to go as accurate and appropriate, including assessment of outlying forecasts, to support the EAC.<\/li>\n<li>Risk and Opportunity Management\u00a0&#8211; Leading all Schedule Risk Analysis across the Projects where SRA is appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>New Business\u00a0&#8211; Active involvement in Bid Team activity, ensuring the Project Management \u2018basics&#8217; are appropriately considered and implemented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Planning experience &#8211; ranging from detailed planning to summary level milestone delivery plans.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capability in creating and maintaining project structures (WBS\/CBS\/OBS)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in generating and analysing project performance data (schedule, resource, and cost).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform and analyse SRA\/Critical Path Analysis\/EVM<\/li>\n<li>Motivation to determine root cause and identify corrective action<\/li>\n<li>Experience of Project Management Toolsets (SAP\/ARM\/Primavera\/Oracle Unifier)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Baseline Management and Change Control<\/li>\n<li>Accountability for project data \u2013 owning the quality of the project control reporting suite<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence, work independently and be part of an integrated multi-functional team<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting demands<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of resource loaded schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding and involvement in Project Estimate at Completion\/Forecast Cost at Completion reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Risk &amp; Opportunities \/ What- If analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MBDA is a leading defence organisation.\u00a0 We are proud of the role we play in supporting the Armed Forces who protect our nations.
