6:15am<\/p>\n<p>Due to continued growth, our well-established Chesterfield-based client is looking to recruit an experienced General Operative to join their night shift team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering long-term stability, career progression, and a supportive working environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing work areas, labels, and packaging for production<\/li>\n<li>Following quality standards and work instructions<\/li>\n<li>Working across different factory areas as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining high housekeeping and health &amp;
