At Able Personnel<\/strong>, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Business Administration\/Customer Services Assessor\/Tutor<\/strong> to join their expanding team.<\/p>\n

This is a full time permanent<\/strong> Business Administration and Customer Services Tutor Assessor position where you will support and assess learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3. You will play an important role in guiding learners through their qualification journey while supporting achievement, progress and quality standards.<\/p>\n

What you will be doing:<\/strong>
\n• Managing and supporting a caseload of learners
\n• Assessing learners working towards Business Administration and Customer Services qualifications at Levels 2 and 3.  Must have experience in assessing or tutoring business admin (don’t need customer services)
\n• Supporting apprentices to achieve within their expected completion times
\n• Monitoring learner progress and providing regular feedback and guidance
\n• Updating electronic learner records following each visit and review
\n• Conducting online review and update meetings with learners and employers
\n• Delivering training sessions within the centre and in the workplace
\n• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with quality and compliance standards<\/p>\n

What we are looking for:<\/strong>
\n• Ability to motivate and support learners throughout their qualification journey
\n• Good IT skills and confidence using electronic systems
\n• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
\n• Assessor qualification desirable, although training and qualification support can be provided<\/p>\n

Desirable:<\/strong>
\n• Experience assessing apprenticeship qualifications
\n• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding requirements
\n• Experience working within education, training or vocational learning environments<\/p>\n

Salary and benefits:<\/strong>
\n• Salary to £29,000 per annum<\/strong>
\n• Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm
\n• 45 minutes lunch break each day
\n• Mileage allowance for all business miles
\n• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
\n• Additional birthday leave after 1 year service
\n• Additional annual leave accrued yearly up to 30 days
\n• Pension scheme
\n• Mobile phone and laptop provided
