Expect to be on the phone and using the full suite of Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook and Teams. You&rsquo;ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone confident and proactive and who isn&rsquo;t afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks. &nbsp;You&rsquo;ll be highly customer service driven and come from an office \/ administrative or prior internal sales position.
