Level 2 and are working towards Level 3.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll receive structured training, mentoring and support to develop into a qualified Communication Support Worker whilst gaining invaluable practical experience working with Deaf learners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication Support Worker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For qualified CSWs with experience supporting Deaf learners within educational, community or workplace settings.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a vital role enabling learners to fully access education, training, work placements and social opportunities through high-quality communication support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senior Communication Support Worker \/ Team Leader<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity for experienced CSW professionals looking to lead, mentor and develop a specialist support team while helping shape service delivery and best practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting Deaf learners in educational, community and workplace environments<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating communication through British Sign Language<\/li>\n<li>Supporting learners on work placements, supported internships and enrichment activities<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging confidence, independence and self-advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Working alongside specialist teachers, job coaches and multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to learner reviews and educational planning<\/li>\n<li>Supporting learners to achieve qualifications and preparation for adulthood goals<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Leading teams, staff development and operational delivery (senior roles)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications are welcomed from candidates with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSL Level 2, Level 3 or higher qualifications<\/li>\n<li>A passion for education and inclusion<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Deaf culture and the Deaf community<\/li>\n<li>GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>A commitment to supporting young people to achieve their full potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previous experience supporting Deaf people through employment, education, volunteering or lived experience is
