We&#8217;re thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in D<strong>orking Surry <\/strong>who are looking to appoint a Scheme Manager <strong> <\/strong>for the 3 months ongoing, at the rate of \u00a313.78 per hour paye<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Job responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Main purpose of the role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the safety and security of the property<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all health &amp; safety, safeguarding and fire management concerns are reported immediately, and monitored as required.<\/li>\n<li>Access is provided to facilitate maintenance and servicing requirements to communal areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be a key-holder for the building and ensure security of the communal areas and facilities<\/li>\n<li>To be the first point of contact and manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors<\/li>\n<li>Meet contractors on site and facilitate access to communal areas to carry out repairs, planned maintenance and servicing of facilities and plant equipment<\/li>\n<li>Allow access to utility companies for essential maintenance and servicing of equipment<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor the laundry facilities &amp; communal areas<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and facilitate resolution of complaints relating to communal areas and facilities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cleaning staff to ensure the property conditions are maintained and provide a welcoming environment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and advise tenants on the management of their rent accounts and arrears<\/li>\n<li>Offering advice on keeping the property to a reasonable and hygienic standard<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring residents know how to use equipment that is provided<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular inspections of the building to identify and resolve repair, maintenance and security issues<\/li>\n<li>Raise repairs, facilitate access and guidance to the affected areas for contractors<\/li>\n<li>Complete water testing in communal areas<\/li>\n<li>Carry out testing of communal emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment in line with the associations health and safety processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all actions identified in the fire risk assessment for the service are completed and access to the building is co-ordinated with the contractors<\/li>\n<li>Manage or provide gritting at the property in line with the service gritting plan as required<\/li>\n<li>Carry out health and safety inspections of the building and record the outcomes in line with service standards<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring accidents, incidents and near misses in line with the Clarion&#8217;s health and safety procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with and the promotion of Clarion&#8217;s health and safety policy\/ procedures and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Deliver cover as required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Should your skills match the above please send through your updated CV.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":62716,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Dorking, Surrey","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225499810\/Scheme-Manager?s=103904","_company_name":"RG Setsquare","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/243357\/RG-Setsquare","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[4],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Scheme Manager | DESIblitz Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/scheme-manager\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_GB\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Scheme Manager | DESIblitz Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role?
