We are recruiting a Branch Enhancement Engineer to join the team located in John Lewis &amp; Waitrose Partnership locations nationwide.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Role Overview<br \/> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p> Join CBRE as a key ambassador for our client&#8217;s brand and site excellence. In this enhanced role, you will ensure that every aspect of the client&#8217;s environment reflects the highest standards of presentation, safety, and operational excellence-delivering a workplace that embodies the client&#8217;s brand values and supports exceptional experiences for all visitors and staff.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a site standards champion, proactively maintaining and enhancing all visible and functional aspects of the client&#8217;s premises to meet and exceed brand expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site walks and audits to ensure all areas align with brand guidelines and show site standards, addressing any issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with client representatives to understand and deliver on their vision for site presentation and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Lead on fabric and finish repairs (walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures), ensuring all work is completed to showcase quality.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all customer facing areas are immaculate and ready to impress.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of minor projects and upgrades that enhance the client&#8217;s environment and brand image.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold rigorous Health &amp; Safety standards, acting as a role model for safe and professional conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Use digital tools to track, report, and communicate progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Role Summary: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance &amp; repair tasks<\/li>\n<li>Undertake site surveys &amp; adhere to Method Statements &amp; Risk Assessments for planned works<\/li>\n<li>Repairs floor and wall coverings<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for other building and installation works as required<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for all elements of show site standards and brand excellence<\/li>\n<li>Utilise PDA to complete works, key communications &amp; updates<\/li>\n<li>Undertake minor projects works<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the above duties you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by your line manager, including (not exhaustive), jet washing, decoration, pot hole repairs etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Experience &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in fabric maintenance, carpentry, or similar roles within high-profile or customer-facing environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of brand standards, site presentation, and the importance of first impressions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and client relationship skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive approach to compliance and health and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly, including outside standard hours for events or urgent needs.<\/li>\n<li>Technologically literate and experience with digital reporting tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":62708,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"North London, London","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225499823\/Branch-Enhancement-Engineer?s=103904","_company_name":"CBRE Local UK","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/248035\/CBRE-Local-UK","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[685],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Branch Enhancement Engineer | DESIblitz Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/branch-enhancement-engineer\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_GB\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Branch Enhancement Engineer | DESIblitz Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Company Profile Why Join Us?
