They&#8217;re looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join their Birmingham team. <\/p>\n<p>This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your commercial skills, learn from an experienced sales team and build a long-term career within the scientific sector. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow your own portfolio of existing life science customers<\/li>\n<li>Proactively speak with customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, repeat business and increased engagement<\/li>\n<li>Reconnect with lapsed customers and build those relationships<\/li>\n<li>Research and approach prospective customers to generate new business<\/li>\n<li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify the best next step<\/li>\n<li>Arrange qualified appointments for the field sales team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and follow up quotations<\/li>\n<li>Use customer and sales data to spot commercial opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Keep CRM records and pipeline activity up to date<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Field Sales, Product Specialists, Marketing and Customer Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in a Life Sciences discipline &#8211;
