The business is well-established, supplying major names across retail, logistics, and distribution, with a strong reputation for service quality and long-term customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><br \/>You&#8217;ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors and loading bay equipment across a regional patch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors and dock equipment<\/li>\n<li>Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown response<\/li>\n<li>Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear service reports and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Identify additional works and support conversion of quotes<\/li>\n<li>Support installations when required<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or similar engineering discipline<\/li>\n<li>Field service experience (industrial doors or similar equipment desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and customer-facing<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel and participate in on-call rota (1 in 5)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Package:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic salary \u00a335,000<\/li>\n<li>OTE \u00a342,000 (including overtime and on-call)<\/li>\n<li>Overtime paid at enhanced rates<\/li>\n<li>\u00a3240\/week on-call allowance<\/li>\n<li>\u00a334\/night stay-away allowance<\/li>\n<li>Commission (2.5%-5% on parts sales)<\/li>\n<li>Company van, tools, PPE<\/li>\n<li>25 days holiday + bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Pension, life assurance, sick pay<\/li>\n<li>Gym contribution + perks platform<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a strong opportunity to join a growing, people-focused organisation offering stability, development, and long-term career prospects.<\/p>\n<p>WR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing &amp; technical sales jobs.
