The successful candidate will provide effective technical support to ensure seamless IT operations across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Deliver first-line support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset management and support logs<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their IT proficiency<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Participate in routine system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Manage and prioritise support requests using the helpdesk ticketing system<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT support function<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent IT support within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of IT systems and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Proven experience in providing IT support, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced setting<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Proficient knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Familiarity with network infrastructure, including TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Experience with hardware maintenance and repair, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Ability to manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory or similar directory services<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with colleagues at all levels<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 A collaborative approach with a willingness to work as part of a team to resolve issues swiftly<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Relevant IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours support as required<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Understanding of data protection regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality<\/p>\n<p>\u2756 Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical problems<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and personal wellbeing.
