Location:<\/strong> North Yorkshire The Opportunity<\/p>\n We are looking for an experienced and motivated Welding Trainer<\/strong> to join our growing Adult and Community Learning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled welders and fabricators.<\/p>\n In this role, you will design, deliver and assess high-quality, industry-focused training programmes for adult learners. Working closely with employers, you will help learners develop practical welding and fabrication skills, along with the knowledge, behaviours and employability skills needed to succeed in today’s engineering and manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n You will manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance, mentoring and ongoing assessment to support their progression into employment, further training or career advancement.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n About You<\/p>\n To be successful in this role, you will have:<\/p>\n Teaching, training or assessing experience is desirable but not essential.
