{"id":61683,"date":"2026-07-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-19T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/recruitment-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T23:25:56","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T22:25:56","slug":"recruitment-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/recruitment-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Talent Acquisition Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are building the talent function for one of the most ambitious new AI infrastructure platforms in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Operating in stealth, the business is developing industrial scale AI infrastructure across Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work directly with our Client Services Director and support a rapidly expanding team of Senior Talent Partners.<\/p>\n<p>You will take ownership of interview coordination across the business. You will make sure candidate interviews are scheduled correctly, calendars remain aligned and every candidate and hiring manager has everything they need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams, locations and time zones<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate availability between candidates, the Client Services Director, Talent Partners and hiring managers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure all interviews are correctly added to everyone\u2019s diary<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Send candidates full interview confirmations, video links, locations and preparation information<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage interview changes and rescheduling quickly and professionally<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Update the recruitment CRM with interview dates, candidate stages and outcomes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Make sure CRM records and calendars remain accurate and fully aligned<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Track outstanding feedback and follow up with the relevant people<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Produce regular reports covering interviews, candidate pipelines, activity and progress<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain a professional and well organised candidate experience throughout the process<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or Interview Coordinator<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong experience arranging a high volume of interviews<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent diary and calendar management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience using a recruitment CRM or applicant tracking system<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Confidence coordinating senior leaders and hiring managers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Clear and professional candidate communication<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The ability to stay organised in a fast moving environment<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must be able to work from Bromley or London at least two days per week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":61684,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Bromley, Greater London","_application":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/job\/225393770\/Recruitment-Coordinator?s=103904","_company_name":"We Love Alfa","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.cv-library.co.uk\/list-jobs\/421223\/We-Love-Alfa","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[685],"job_listing_tag":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Recruitment Coordinator | DESIblitz Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.desiblitz.com\/jobs\/job\/recruitment-coordinator\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_GB\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Recruitment Coordinator | DESIblitz Jobs\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Talent Acquisition Coordinator The opportunity We are building the talent function for one of the most ambitious new AI infrastructure platforms in the market.
