This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and supporting a busy sales function.<\/p>\n<p>Offering flexible hours and hybrid working, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in sales within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information<\/li>\n<li>Assist with campaign preparation and outreach sequencing<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the wider sales and business development team<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with prospective clients and maintain engagement throughout the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Carry out general administrative tasks to support business development activities<\/li>\n<li>Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer service or administrative role is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a314.00 per hour<\/li>\n<li>\u00a350 bonus for every client meeting generated and successfully attended<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week)<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working available by agreement<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to develop your career within a growing business<\/li>\n<li>5.6 weeks&#8217; paid holiday (pro rata), inclusive of bank holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Right to Work in the UK:<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
