Luxion Sales is seeking competitive and results-focused Customer Sales Advisor’s to join our growing team.<\/p>\n

What does this role involve?<\/b><\/p>\n
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in generating revenue, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right products and solutions to maximise sales opportunities.<\/p>\n
You’ll build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, meet and exceed sales targets, and use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue.<\/p>\n
The role also requires maintaining product knowledge and awareness of market trends, managing a strong sales pipeline, accurately recording sales activity, and representing the Luxion Sales brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

You will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of building rapport quickly and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.<\/p>\n
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient, you’ll thrive in a target-driven environment, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess excellent organisational and time-management skills to effectively manage your workload and deliver results.<\/p>\n
