You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and education while mentoring practitioners and working closely with the management team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Leading the day-to-day practice within the baby room and ensuring high-quality care and learning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Managing, mentoring, and supporting practitioners to maintain outstanding standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework to support children&#8217;s development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitoring children&#8217;s progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and ensuring compliance with EYFS requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working closely with the management team to support the smooth running and continued development of the nursery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to staff development and fostering a positive, supportive team culture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will hold a<strong> minimum Level 3 Early Years qualificatio<\/strong>n and have previous experience working within a baby room, ideally in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, child development, and staff leadership is essential.
