The nursery provides a nurturing, child-centred environment with a strong focus on children&#8217;s wellbeing, independence, and high-quality early years education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Supporting the day-to-day running of the pre-school room and delivering high-quality teaching and learning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leading by example and mentoring practitioners to maintain outstanding standards of care and education<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitoring children&#8217;s progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and ensuring full compliance with EYFS requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Working closely with the Room Leader and management team to support the smooth running of the nursery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contributing to continuous improvement and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate will hold a <strong>minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification <\/strong>and have previous experience within a pre-school or Early Years setting, ideally in a senior practitioner role. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, child development, and supporting colleagues is essential.
