support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Part-time | 20 hours per week | 12-month FTC<br \/>Shift Pattern: 21:30 to 06:00 (Night shifts)<br \/>Salary: \u00a315,005 per annum<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering calls for both internal and external personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting customer and client expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving customer and client queries.<\/li>\n<li>Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of customer\/ client focus.<\/li>\n<li>Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Check PODs have cleared on the system, investigate and clear down unallocated POD\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Chase outstanding POD\u2019s from hauliers, depots, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail\/ accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Good geographical knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Conscientious
