This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate or recently qualified engineer to develop their career within a technically challenging manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the production and engineering teams, you will provide hands-on engineering support, improve manufacturing processes, and help ensure products are delivered to the required standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on engineering support to the manufacturing team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products are manufactured to specification and meet quality requirements<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency, reliability, and reduce manufacturing costs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Support equipment, tooling, problem-solving activities, and quality improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp;
