We are looking to recruit an experienced customer services executive to join their small and friendly team!<\/p>\n<p>Looking for someone with a high standard of written and spoken English, you&#8217;ll be outstanding on the phone and able to quickly get to grips with the products and business.<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment is essential. You will need to have good attention to detail, be organised, computer literate and able to work effectively as part of a team.<\/p>\n<p>This role will suit a calm and patient individual who has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work, who thrives off working in a busy environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat, and email.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Advising customers on a range of products.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing orders over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints.<\/li>\n<li>General administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Continually develop and increase product knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in complaint handling.<\/li>\n<li>Confident.<\/li>\n<li>Positive, can-do attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
